About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake research aligned with the project's objectives
- Collect, oversee, and systematize the sources employed in the project
- Create basic 3D models and animate them according to the developed concept or references obtained
- Create motion graphics animations in After Effects
- Create the layers as anticipated by the compositing team
- Great at Identifying, analyzing, solving and document problems encountered
- Meet project objectives and company quality standards in the delivery of work
- Efficiently manage and organize work within a motion graphics production pipeline while maintaining effective communication with team members
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a motion graphics artist
- Good working knowledge of all relevant tools, including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya, 3Ds Max, or Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine
- Good knowledge of Element 3D
- After effects plugins will be a plus point
- Creative mind and storytelling skills

You'll be creating enticing visuals for all sorts of corporate and brand-led events and activations. We need experienced individuals who share our passion for creating exceptional experiences. As a crucial part of our team, you'll be responsible for whipping up content that's not just compelling and engaging, but also perfectly aligned with our client's needs.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles and be capable of developing well-thought-out solutions beyond software expertise. You should have a strong portfolio of high-quality motion and animation work and be able to structure projects into reusable components and modular assets, thereby reducing the time to execution. You should also possess good theoretical knowledge of color theory, typography, illustration, and print design, as well as be proficient in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and other video tools. Storyboarding and bringing communication pieces to life with motion should come naturally to you.
